One a site we've upgraded, there's a section where we only allowed the topic starter to reply to threads (as a form of project log). However, I can't seem to emulate this in XF with the out-of-box permissions system.
I've just spotted an add-on that will let me do this (http://xenforo.com/community/threads/thread-starter.71953/), but it would be great to see this simple permission added to XF
