Implemented Allow moderators to change noindex status of a thread

The criteria is very much defined at the forum level so there isn't a specific thread toggle. Worth a new suggestion though.

I think it would be great if it was possible to give moderators the permission to change the noindex status of individual threads.

Same should apply to resources (including ability to set canonical ideally!)

righto. meta tags per thread would be very useful. especially og:image with some additional options.

This was implemented in 2.3, but currently lacks its own permission

Agreed it should have its own permission not lumped in with general editing of a thread.
