XF 2.2 How to allow Moderators to see/use "Approval Queue"

What part of the moderator permissions needs to be checked so that they can see and use the "Approval Queue"? I double checked everything and still cannot figure it out.

Groups & permissions >> Staff >> Moderators

• Approve / reject users
• View unapproved threads / posts
• Approve / unapprove threads / posts

You might want to reserve the user approve for admins.

Right! This is actually for an admin (regular).

I didn't realize I had to set up all the settings under "Staff". I did all the settings in the "Moderator" and "Admin" usergroup. I'm confused as to the difference.....

The Moderating and Administrative user groups can be used for common permissions for all moderators or administrators.

User specific permissions can then be set, if required, on a per moderator or administrator basis under Staff.
