Allow moderation without being a Moderator?

Hi

What's the easy way to allow a specific member to moderate without belonging to the Moderators Group?
Since Moderators have a badge (i can remove that) and color name, let him in the Moderators Groups is not an option.

Being a member of the moderator group does not specifically make someone a moderator: https://xenforo.com/help/moderators/

You can apply moderator type functions to members individually, if required, but it won't give them full access to all of the available tools, such as the moderator bar, unless they are specifically promoted to moderator.

Even then, they don't need to be added to the moderator group - user groups are just for permissions and styling purposes.
