Allocated memory always show 0 bytes.

Fine here and on my site.

On my XF Cloud it shows as having 10.2KB allocated to it. My version number is different though (7.17.0) so could that be it?

The Allocated memory will show segments.memory_in_bytes value.

If you are not actively searching or querying your indices, then the segments.memory_in_bytes metric will likely show a value of 0. This is normal behavior and does not indicate any problems.
