Fixed Alert Bubble

I'm seeing the alert bubble all the time if i load the page in a small window even if there are no alerts

I can't reproduce this. I did run into it during development but that was a while ago and I adjusted the code for it.

Was it like that when you loaded the page?

Win 7 SP1 32 bit, Chrome 27.0.1453.94 m

Step to reproduce:
1. Wait for an alert
2. Go to a thread
3. "More options"
4. Resize your browser

I think step 3.5 there was "view the alerts in a full size window" as otherwise it still shows the correct number of alerts.

But I think I have this fixed now. To be rolled out shortly.
