The link from the Title of any album in the approval queue takes the moderator to /album instead of the relevant content.
/album is not a valid url so the user is shown an error page.
In this instance the title is Teaching Videos and as you can see the link is domain.com/album rather than where you go when you click on the thumbnail which takes you to the correct place.
