After import, all the members are declared as "new member" only

After my Vbulletin import, all of the members have the status as "new member", as if they've never posted yet before.

Is there any way to update the stats for that?

That's because they haven't yet been awarded trophies for their post count. The titles will update in due course as users begin to login to the forum.

There is an hourly cron that runs to award trophies, but it only processes users who have recently visited the forum, so trophies won't be updated following an import until the users login.

I know this is a very old thread message but I have noticed the same. Is there a way to force their titles to update? I have many older, inactive members who may not return but I'd still like their info to show up correctly if possible.

Run the Rebuild trophies task in admin.php?tools/rebuild.

Likewise for Rebuild user group promotions if you have any defined.
