Lack of interest Advanced Censorships

We have till now only censorships for words containing in a post, but i'll recommend also censorship for URL(s) in post.

• Ability to add whitelist only. If this is selected, links placed in this textarea will be allowed to post, all others not permitted.
• Ability to select blacklist. In this option only urls that are here will be blocked.

You can user the censor to also censor URLs.

For example, to block https://spamsite.com just add *spamsite.com" to the censor list.
