I'm not really sure - it's hard to make a direct comparison as I have added other networks and direct advertisers since moving to SSL.
However, here's a look at my AdSense "Page RPM" (in purple) vs. "Impression RPM" (in green/blue) over the past two years, by month. I switched to SSL in February of 2015, where you'll notice a significant change in each.

This means I'm making more per ad banner, but less per page.
