Admins/Moderators and 2FA

Do you require admins or mods on your site to use 2FA?

I think that in this day of age it is probably smart to do so. I am a little worried about the response from my mods, and potential learning curves on using it.

I am currently using Authy myself. I also use 2FA for work and school. My concern is training a staff of 25 football mods to use it.
You could start a thread here on training and we could critique it until it is absolutely clear. I'd participate.

For my forum it is also a requirement for staff/mods to use 2FA. It's a no brainer.
If they don't have experience with this, I would recommend google's authenticator app.
It's so easy! If they don't understand that, then they shouldn't be moderating your forum.

Instead of directly forcing them, I would first advise all your mods to use 2FA, and explain why you want it.
Then after a month look at the ones that didn't activate it and try to push them a little bit more.
