I set a user group to have 2FA enabled before they continue using the forum, the user logged in after a long time and he faced the error to enable 2FA but since he hasn't accepted the updated policy he got stuck in an endless loop.
He faced error because he hasn't enabled 2FA. The error first redirects him to the privacy policy and then the security settings, he cannot see the privacy policy because he hasn't enabled 2FA. He's stuck on the same screen.
I tried reproducing it and I was able to successfully reproduce that error.
