XF 2.1 Admins can't post new threads in forum.

I have a forum that even super admins can't create a new thread in.

When I go to the node section I have given permission to myself as a super admin to create threads in this forum.

Yet when I try all I see is a note that says "YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO POST THREADS HERE."

What am I missing?

Any perms set to "never" override others. Example: if you have registered set to never for that node, the Admin who has registered as primary usergroup, is locked out regardless of the admin perm. Set registered merely to "no" instead of never.

Just off the top of my head.

If you've set the primary usergroup to anything other than registered, it might be best to make everyone's primary group "registered" and make "administrators" and other groups as secondary groups.

I double checked, and no user group has anything set to never.

That’s exactly how I have it set up. Still can’t post a new thread.
Have you used Analyze Permissions in the ACP to check on a) the global permissions and b) the node permissions for someone who can't post a new thread in the node you are having issues with?

What if you change permissions for moderating group to post new threads? Does it allow you then? Any addons installed that might come into play with this?
