Administrator Infractions

Is there a way to set it so that people with access to the AdminCP can still receive infractions?

This looks like a fairly simple addon, I've taken an initial pass at implementing it (github repo here).

Needs testing, before it can be rolled out. Will release this one for free once it's done.
