Lack of interest Admincp Collapsible Nodes

The here is a thread on this from 2011, but I do not think it was explained well.

Suggest to make the Nodes in the Admincp (not the forum view) work more like the user group permissions do. You could probably use some of the same code.
Make it look like this.
