When you create a new Add-on, the Home Tab is selected and you can see the "Home Menu" instead of the development menu.

I could change it for that page, but most of the add-on related things are in the home tab. The development tab is mostly a duplication for convenience. If I just changed that page, as soon as you saved it (going to the add-on list), it'd take you to the home tab anyway.

I think I'll just leave this as is.
