admin.php not working properly

When I try logging into the admin control panel I get a blank page. The link to the forum is fuzegaming.net/forum. Any idea of what might be causing this?

Try rebuilding master data by naviating to <your url>/install/index.php?upgrade/rebuild

Blank pages could also indicate suppressed PHP errors.

What was the last thing you did before it stopped working?

I forgot to chmod the files before installation, I chmoded it to 0777 and did a fresh install now everything is fine.
