Not a bug Admin Minor Display Quirk

As we scroll down, the Navigation Menu area suddenly displays a blank space which persists

Not something we've been able to reproduce here. Is it a specific browser / OS you're running?

OS: Windows 7
Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100
Doesn't happen on FF.
IE, I don't have/use so cannot comment.

I tried again and same issue on Chrome. Pl check if this reproduces on Chrome:

All menu items collapsed.
Scroll right down
Slowly start scrolling up
That Blank area comes
Goes off as one scrolls up further.

Same sequence of events on FF doesn't cause this.

Scroll up or down, it always happens on Chrome and not on FF.
Tested this multiple times even after clearing cache/cookie/browsing history in Chrome. It reproduces.

Did that too. No change!

Here's the final feedback:

I started testing by disabling the Add on at which position this quirk happened.
@AndyB's Inactive Member's add-on was the first (as that's what was visible first in the list where this happened as in screen shot above) to play with. Disabled the same and the quirk disappeared. Re-enabled again and the issue never reproduced even on Chrome.

So, this may pl be closed as not an issue.
