This error will likely re-occur as AddonsLab/ConversationPermissions isn't handling a deleted user well. This add-on shouldn't affect that (but it might)

This is useful, but would be good if it worked the other way round also, i.e. modes can contact users whose quota is full.

This is a great addon, but sadly if a user has reached their limit it seems the warning DMs do not get through. I think this should be a crucial part of the addon.

That's the initial design decision, as a quota of 0 would technically mean not allowing users having any conversations at all. I see it could have some usage in combination with permission to contact admins - users with quota set to 0 would only be able to contact admins only. If that's the specific use case you have, we can apply a fix.

This is my interest too. I want users to only be able to PM mods/admins. But can't we already do that with this addon by setting the number of posts needed for users to send a new DM really high and then enabling #5 Can contact admin or moderator - if enabled, the restrictions above do not apply when contacting a board administrator?
