Paypal requires the seller to respond to the claim, and if they do not you will win by default.
As far as I know, there have been no responses about claims from AddonFlare since they disappeared.

I can confirm this too. I inquired about commissioning one with OzzModz, and they could release it publicly after. They confirmed they already have something in the works. Just no info on the ETA.

The add-on is already complete for, other than any bugs and some additional features that weren't planned for the initial version. @Painbaker is waiting on @Ozzy47 for it to be released is all.

They are like 20 updates behind existing products though.
other place other rules, Look like some comments are designed to have another meaning for example when it come to take the right decision like removing some addon or looking for support we see that others try to put or make comments in other section just for hiding the first article than no one will see what some clients put there.

I was able to successfully update this add-on for 2.3 (as I have a few clients who add my custom-developed payment gateways to it). I can't distribute a customer's licensed add-on, but I can modify your own version of it for a fee.
