Add-on Addon to time delay posts, or hide new posts for guests?

My forum is currently private, and I'm planning to open up soon for guest read-only access. I need to open it up for a couple reasons, but my corner of the internet is full of user deception and manipulation, so strong user tracking is our best defense. Real time access for users important too.

Is there an addon that would limit guest read privileges to posts more than two weeks old? This would accomplish the need to open up, and force users to register. Thank you.
