Duplicate Additional Criterion "User Has An Avatar"

There is a criterion for "User has no avatar" for use as a filter in doling out promotions, notices and such. While this is somewhat useful in notices it seems to me that it would be even more useful to have the complimentary criterion "User has an avatar" as well, for example for use in user group promotion schemes.

This tutorial actually includes a completed, functioning, installable add-on that adds this criteria.

It's untested in XF 1.2 but it should work.
