Adding text to registration page...

I manually activate new accounts and want to add some text to the registration page telling the user to send an email to me. I thought it was the your_account_is_currently_awaiting_confirmation_confirmation_sent_to_x phrase but when I open it I get a 503 error. First, is that the right one and if so, how do I fix the problem?

BTW, I tried to post in the Licensed Users area and couldn't. Added my username to my account, etc... I must be doing something wrong.

I would suggest using a notice and setting it to display on the register_form template.
