XF 1.2 Adding tabs at the top

I'd like to add a tab or two at the top of the board next to "members."

How do I do this?

Either edit the navigation template, or use the following add on - http://xenforo.com/community/resources/nodes-as-tabs.9/

I'd recommend the add on method, as it is the easiest, and doesn't require a template edit.

You can do so with that add on. You create a link forum, hide it on the node list, but set it up as a tab.
