XF 1.5 Adding pictures/logos onto a background

I already have a fixed background but what I'd like to to do is add pictures or logos onto the background (not replace it). Is that possible? The perfect solution would be if the logo scrolled with the main forum but again not sure how to do it, assuming it's doable of course.
