XF 2.2 Add-on path in localhost

How to point to add-on path in localhost outside xf core files?

I need to point to /docker/addons and currently is pointing to internal files /docker/site/src/addons

Dev mode already set

$config['debug'] = true;
$config['development']['enabled'] = true;

You'd have to mount or symlink the directories as XF expects them.
