Fixed Add-on ACP Menu Entries

I've created an add-in which adds own ACP Menu Entries.

If i disable the add-on, the add-on menu entries are still shown, instead of being removed.


Screenshot Description:
As you see, ragtek developer tools are disabled, but "create new add-on", "create new phrase", "create template" are still present.

(The menu is associated to the right add-on )

Ironically, this was fixed yesterday.
