Implemented Add missing buttons to editor - QUOTE, CODE, PHP, etc.

More of a feature request than a bug but there is no quote button on the editor.
I know that I can just type out the BB-code but it would be more user-friendly to just have the button there to start with.

I'm not sure I like the pop up for the code. Because now you can't select text and quickly wrap the tags around it. I prefer how the quote buttons works, even though it creates more buttons in QR.

I've got a kind of screwy workaround for the lack of a bbcode button, which I'm going to post in case it's useful to anyone else. Put something in the word censor that isn't a real word for the opening and closing tags, for example for spoiler tags -- ospoiler and cspoiler -- and have the word censor transform them to the actual bbcode.

And then someone just has to type ospoiler at the start of their sentence and cspoiler at the end and hit reply, rather that go through the extra trouble of the [] [/] which is the part that's a pain in the neck to type.
