XF 1.5 Add/Join post to Thread

How to add post to thread, Insert new post after first in thread? Insert new post after #1 ?

EX: #1, Insert new post, #2 , #3 after the result is #1, #2 , #3, #4 . New post no goes to #2

Threads are always date ordered. You can't insert a post at an arbitrary point.
