XF 2.2 Add bbcode processing to search results?

We'd like to display properly formatted bbcode in our search results, especially for spoiler and inline spoiler tags. Been looking through the search results templates but we really don't know what we're looking for. Is there a flag or option that can be set to parse bbcode in search results pages similar to how it would show in the original post?

Yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. However, I'm not looking to reinvent the wheel and write a custom bbcode parser. Presumably, there is a method call somewhere in the XF code that already does this for posts and, presumably, I can leverage that without too much trouble. Unfortunately, XF documentation seems to be rather lacking in terms of listing all the valid function and method calls internally. Either that, or I'm looking in the wrong place?
