Add another "notable member" tab

I was trying to use it for a board of directors, but now I wnat to use it for the aquarium controller team. Does it still work @Jake Bunce?

It should still work. But I would wait for XF2 which has much better support for member tabs.

It’s not needed in XF2.

Use the “Member stats” system to add or modify notable members sections.
