XF 2.1 Add a custom template to show an alternative view of a forum ?

I try to explain is there a way i could add a new controller for forum_view page something like forum_view_custom and associate to this new template a full new route something like:

/forum/my-forum-name.id/custom-view/ ?


It should be in my opinion but the point could you point me out files where are stored this things ?

All time i ask something no reply. I paid a lot of money for the license and no any support at all

I ask my self ? Is the community member should give me some input or the software developer sold me the software ? No one able to support..
