XF 1.5 Ad inside resource description

I would like to implement a new ad position inside resource description, for example in the middle of the text.
How could I achieve this ?
Do I need to code a specific script or is it possible to target for example a paragraph in the text (let's say the 10th paragraph) and to put there a hook ?

You would need to embed the ad in the content, perhaps with a specific bb code.
