I was looking for where I can place an add that would show under the content everywhere, whether main page of forum pages.

There are a couple templates already supplied.

ad_below_content and ad_below_bottom_breacrumb

They should... at least they do on my sites (for the areas that they are not excluded from my conditionals I have set up in the template).

@Devilwillcry4you you can always make a second "test style" to test these changes where you edit the templates. Just make it not selectable for members. And for specific settings for your advertisements you can use conditional statements: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/conditional-statements.1604/
