Active user upgrades empty after Account upgrade

We are getting one issue, Account upgrade Title (Username) username are not adding to paypal email log. Also are not adding to Active user upgrades and not adding to Additional user groups.

If there's nothing in the payment provider log then it means that PayPal isn't notifying you of payment activity.

You may need to find the IPN History in your PayPal account to check if it's attempting and if it's encountering issues.

Yes I am get received a payment notifying from PayPal but Active user upgrades are not added to this user.

You received a payment from XXXX for Account upgrade: Premium Member

But here username missing, Its should be

You received a payment from XXXX for Account upgrade: Premium Member (Username)
