ACP > Performance > jQuery Source option

I would like to optimize my XF site as much as possible. I noticed the option to choose my jQuery source in the ACP. My basic question is: which option is best?

I would think any CDN solution would be superior to a local option. I would also think Google or Microsoft servers would be superior to average web host servers.

Any discussion on this topic would be helpful.

i recommend you to use microsoft cdn, 'couse m$ is partner of akamai technologies, most leadindg cdn hosting provider
