Fixed Account Preferences -> "and receive email notifications of replies"

Before the "and receive email notifications of replies" in Account Prefences is a checkbox.
The checkbox is checkable even if the previous checkbox ("Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply...") isn't checked.

When creating a thread, and the first checkbox isn't checked, you can't check the second checkbox.

This should be fixed in Account Preferences too. Now you can check the second checkbox, save, and nothing happens

The code for this was actually there. The ID was just missing. So it's fixed locally now.
