Clicking the red cross next to normal templates does a reset, so I expected the same behavior on the master templates... Now my header template is completely removed. Is there a way to get it back?

Can't you just extract it from the .zip on your hard drive and re-upload it?

You can just create a new style without a parent and that will be a "clean" default one.

oopps, I thought you were talking about styles sorry

If you want to put that in terms that I can follow, I'll be happy to do it. What template names, and how do I save them (text file?)

Point your browser at <url>/install/ and re-import the master data. (It won't do a reinstall.)

    Great to know Mike.
I'll add that to the FAQ/How Do I.
