XF 2.1 About SEO & SERP

Hi all!
In the last days I've noticed that my forum results on Google are not indexed in the correct way. I'm pretty good writing threads with key words and fresh contents, but most of time what I find in Google is a reply or an alert that a thread with this title has been created instead of the link to the thread itself.

Should I change some settings on Xenforo? Thank you for your time

To a degree, if the content is visible, then Google will pick it up and then you don't really have direct influence on it.

Generally, when you do a search, what Google shows will depend on what it thinks is most relevant. If you're just doing a "site:" search, the results aren't necessarily going to be based on relevance, compared to something using genuine keywords.

Beyond that, it might be that the threads in question aren't indexed by Google yet. This would generally change over time.
