XF 1.3 About Google url Parameters

I have these url parameters in my webmaster tool, Because of these google url parameters my google ranking is geting down day by day
i want to fix this url parameters problem

This is my webmaster tools url parameters
Example:

forums/bing.4/?order=title
forums/bing.4/?order=reply_count
forums/bing.4/?order=view_count
forums/bing.4/?order=post_date Capture.PNG

i tried to fix this through robots.txt

Those aren't indicative of problems. The just indicate the Google has found query parameters, generally around ordering but some appear to be related to your previous URLs. Rel=canonical is used in the case you've mentioned.

It won't affect your ranking, but can affect how many of your pages are indexed. Be careful with it - if you get it wrong (i.e. tell Googlebot to exclude URLs with certain parameters), it can result in large numbers of your pages disappearing from Google's index.

Google's actually quite good at working out which paramaters do what to the content and grouping related ones together, so it's probably best not to worry about it and let Google decide. (y)
