Fixed Able to search prefixes by unselected user group

Couldn't reproduce it here for obvious reasons.

This is intentional. The user group restrictions are only on applying prefixes to threads, not viewing/filtering them.

Yeah, there was some functionality missing in XF2 here. We missed it because it was something that really only applies to the search form.

It is actually reproducible here:



The "Draft" prefix is one that can only be seen in our Moderator forum.

We’ve added the missing functionality and that will be rolled out here shortly and be available in the next release.
