Implemented Ability to upload icon/avatar

It would be nice if we could upload an image to be used as an icon/avatar for the resource, and just use the uploader's avatar if they didn't give one that was specific to the resource.

Adding support for Resource Manager to Thread Thumbnails is definitely on my to-do list. I have some other things that I would like to do first though, and obviously the timing and amount of add-ons required to be updated for XenForo 1.1 will change everything, but expect an update to Thread Thumbnails in the next month or so.

-1 I hope this is optional and not a replacement if this somehow gets implemented. Screenshots are best served in the content area for that resource not crammed into a small avatar and even then if you plan on enlarging the icon it'll cause the resource listings page to become large and increases scrolling to no end. Hopefully there will be a checkbox or something so it becomes an optional thing if this suggestion is remotely being considered.
