The suggestion is pretty straight forward. Giving people who created the conversation the ability to remove people from it.
The idea being that you could remove as many people as you like, as long as there is at least two people left within the conversation. This gives people easier control over certain topics they wish to discuss, especially when one is no longer needed within the conversation, this would be mostly used for certain groups that have to communicate within conversations.
