A remark about migration to xf

Today almost every single page from the sitemap has been re-indexed and the users really seem to like xf. User numbers are increasing to a level I wouldn't have dreamed off. Let's see if this lasts.
The next step is to migrate from apache to lighttpd or nginx to speed up loading times.

That's great to hear (I'm a waiting convert).

BTW, you have some broken images on your forum..

Forget lighttpd, go straight to nginx and collect lots of performance as you pass GO!

After every has worked really well and user numbers literally exploded I switched to nginx tonight.

I was trying to keep all old links working and so I struggled to set up some kind of rewrite. While searching the net I found a page that converts htaccess rules to nginx rules. Here is the link as I wasn't able to find it at this community: http://www.anilcetin.com/convert-apache-htaccess-to-nginx/

Great script, converted my rewrite rules without any problem.
