XF 1.4 A registered user can't see images

A user who should have permission to view images, can't see them.

I logged in as him, and could see them on my computer.

So it does not look like a Xenforo problem. Is there some setting on his computer, or on his browser which he needs to change?

Advise them to clear all browser cache and disable any browser plug ins.

Other than that, it's something local to them which they will need to resolve.
