XF 2.1 Registered user can't upload image, only insert image

Using Xenforo v2.0.11.

Not sure of the scope of this issue if it is one Registered user or all.

When this person clicks the image icon in the editor to upload an image, the only option they see is to add a link to an image.

As an administrator, when I click the image icon, I see the upload icon, the link icon and the "Drop image" message.

I don't recall this being an issue previously and am not finding an obvious permission setting that can be toggled.

Any suggestions on what is causing this and how to fix? Thank,

Most likely it's due to the 'Upload attachments to posts' permission.

You can use the permission analyser to determine how that is set.
