A Guide for Color Palette?

Is there a guide out there that can show me what color changes what in the color palette? Or is there an easier way of doing it?

If I'm not sure what something is I set it to a bright obnoxious color and then preview it.

Yeah, i was doing this too, but it's time consuming. Just thought there was an easier reference out there for XF noobies like me. Thanks fo rth ereplies
