To all who have not watched this series, I highly suggest it. The show has thus far, with some creative twists, followed the books exceptionally closely.

No character is safe, anyone can die... if your the sort of person who needs a central character to follow the story, then this show will probably not be for you as you are generally following 3 story arcs within each show.

Either way. Much looking forward to season 2.

Please don't post any spoilers for those who have not seen the show!

I love the Game of Thrones, ( seen all episodes of Season 1 )
I highly suggest it.
Ditto!!
I was shocked when Robb Ned Stark.. err.. You know. Don't want to spoil it for others that have not seen Season 1, ;)

Looking forward to Season 2 in 2012, :) ( should be coming to HBO soon )

6 Weeks, first episode on april 1st. (i know, sick joke)

Highly enjoyed the show, but not as much as the books. Read them all... fantastic!

Very excited for season 2. (y)

Indeed, however A Dance with Dragons was a slog, i've never read a book before which crushed my soul in such a way this book did. Over 1000 pages long. A whilst every page was enjoyable, it could have easily been broken down into 2 maybe 3 seperate books.

I would say if the show lasts that long (and i hope it does) ADWD will be spread over 2-3 years.

I watched all the first series, enjoyed it too. Will look forward to seeing the second one. "Spartacus Gods of the Arena", has been a very good series as well.

I have never even heard of this show (or books)...is this a British Program?

It does look interesting, maybe I will check it out. Personally I am getting sick of watching the same old things over here and I think I have already watched every documentary.

Its produced in belfast (north ireland)

I would highly suggest watching season 1, it is a very enjoyable series.

Looking forward to Season 2, I really enjoyed the first one. It's a much better series than Grimm and The Walking Dead. I like the "Spartacus" series which I think this is on par with.

The show in many places is basically just so much pornography. Unfortunately that's why it's not on par with properly epic series and films of our time.
