XF 2.2 A few theming questions from a newbie

I have several questions so it's probably best if I number them. They are -

1. I am not a programmer and I'm likely not even a good script kiddie. I know almost nothing about coding, so theming out my forum is proving somewhat difficult for me. Would I be better off just hiring someone to make my forum look the way I want? My progress is at a crawl, and I need to get the forum going sooner rather than later.

2. Is there a kind of gallery where I can view various Xenforo themes? If possible I would like to see some "stock" themes, and perhaps some "aftermarket" themes.

3. Is Xenforo like Wordpress, in that it has a lot of addon support? And the addons are easy to install. Is this correct?

4. Is there a good site for viewing and searching all Xenforo addons? I'd really love to look through the whole list.

Here's how I want my forum to look. I'm starting to think it's a custom job and I'll need to hire a programmer. Please advise:

Here is the current state my forum is in:

Thank you

There is only one built in style - the one you are using now.
For third party styles: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/categories/styles-2-x.45/

Lots of add-ons, one click install: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/categories/add-ons-2-x.44/

Thanks! Any thoughts on question #1? Looking at the link you gave me, it looks like most themes are pretty basic. Compared to the link I shared for what I want to mimic, seems like it's gonna take some work.

Does that sound accurate to you? Just trying to get a feel for what I'm attempting.

That's up to you; how much styling you want to do and how much time you have.

Both of the sites you linked to would take (much) less than an hour to replicate.
