Can I export the changes I made in the demo version of XenForo and then import them into a new 7-day trial?

Before paying for the license, I would like to fully set up the forum. I thought that with the demo version, I could make changes, and when everything is ready, export the data, then create another demo to keep fine-tuning the forum. Once everything is ready, I could purchase the license and import everything. Is this possible?

You can only export certain parts like a custom style. So it's not possible to create your forum on the demo and conitue that forum on your own hosting platform.

Even if you could go 3 months out on a demo, you're only going to be able to export styles, custom bbcdes, custom smilies, and language phrases. Rather than having to start all over again setting up user group settings, forum settings and general board settings, my opinion is to go ahead and purchase the product and doing these things only once. It would only cost you $3.75 per week, so what's the big deal?
